Responsible for designing and implementing an electronic project system that allowed for defect/enhancement reporting, project assignment and project status reporting. Implemented a training program, as well as designed and wrote various .NET applications and tools that help to decrease development time and improve accuracy of the web forms. Created and hired a new QA department that was responsible for formalizing, documenting and enhancing the QA process for the web application and its web forms library. Experience writing and maintaining .NET libraries, services, applications and web pages for an ‘any-to-any’ data translation and transport service website that handles electronic business documents of all types. Responsibilities include designing, writing and maintaining the customer registration process and customer account administration pages. Designed, wrote, and maintained the billing application that processed customer accounts for the above website, including processing monthly subscription fees, counting documents processed through the system, generating invoices, processing credit card and automated clearing house (ACH) transactions, and generating monthly statements. Designed, wrote, and maintained an intranet website to assist in the maintenance of the above website, including job status pages, reporting tools, server maintenance tools, and customer account maintenance. Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining SQL Server databases including stored procedures, triggers and views. Experience working with customers to integrate their in-house applications with our website to electronically transport their business documents to both their customers and suppliers. Responsible for designing and maintaining the complete build process of a desktop Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) translation software package, including Source Code Control, compiling both VC++ and VB applications, and compiling and compressing InstallShield projects. Responsible for the building and preliminary testing of said software package. Certified in InstallShield 5.5. Responsible for writing and maintaining custom application modules for the above software package using Visual C++.

Performed customer support for an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) software package, including installation and setup and troubleshooting of hardware problems.

Supervised and performed target intelligence activities and functions including determining requirements for, and performing quality control of, target intelligence activities, and developing and performing target intelligence mission operations. Achieved the rank of Senior Airman (pay grade E-4). Held Top Secret security clearance. Received an Air Force Commendation Medal and three Air Force Achievement Medals. Honorably Discharged on August 18, 1995.
