In his current role at Johnson & Johnson (J&J), he has dual reporting lines to the EVP & Chief Financial Officer and the Audit Committee Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is responsible for all audit and investigation activities world-wide and manages a global team of 200 professionals.

Ed is SVP, Chief Audit Executive at Allergan, plc. He serves on the Global Allergan Leadership Team, and the Global Finance Leadership Team. Ed reports directly to the CFO, and the Audit Committee of Board of Directors. In his current role, his primary responsibilities include:* Overseeing all global internal audit activities for Allergan, Ed has principal charge of the assessment and evaluation of Allergans system of internal controls, and assurance of investigations • Ensuring financial integrity and compliance with laws and regulations• Advising senior management, the Audit Committee, and the external auditor on audit plans, activities, key risks and material findings • Recruiting, retaining and developing talent for the global finance talent pipeline

Primary responsibilities include:• Leading a team of 40 Audit and Enterprise Risk Management professionals located in Franklin Lakes, NJ, Brussels, Belgium, Sao Paulo, Brazil and Singapore• Ensuring financial integrity and compliance with laws and regulations• Examining major financial, operational and administrative activities and subsequently reporting its findings and recommendations to senior management

Ed is based in Shanghai, China and reports directly to Office of the CFO. Ed is the Lead Finance executive in this high growth / strategic region and his primary responsibilities include:• Financial management of BD’s Greater China commercial and manufacturing operations for all BD segments and business units within the region • Lead and manage the annual business planning and performance management processes which includes the monthly & quarterly forecasts, annual budget and five year business plan for the region• Distribution management across all business units• Actively evaluate strategic alternatives and opportunities to support growth strategies • Executive responsible for internal controls and SOX compliance• Recruit, retain and develop talent for the Finance and BD talent pipelines
