I build, lead, and promote safe, productive work environments and cultures.I have been steadily increasing my responsibility and influence while leading and contributing to several impactful initiatives and process improvements spanning across my entire company. I began by directly supporting Warehouse Operations on-site and from Headquarters, then supported Transportation Business Development, managed a Corporate Operations Planning team, supported several departments’ integrations from legacy companies into a single Supply Chain company. I worked to build the initial team for new facility start-up project support, managed two highly successful projects to stand up the Global Operations Support Center in Mumbai, India from an idea into a 300-person insourced operation that supports more than 20 programs. Most recently, I have constructed the Business Continuity Program for the company and architected COVID response process for 350 sites in the Americas and Asia Pacific.Prior to coming to GXO Logistics, I served as a team leader in several industries and environments, including store management with Home Depot and Target where I opened and profitably managed two brand new stores. As an Operations Manager for a multi-state law firm, I ensured profitability in a high volume environments.
