Provide technical assistance to support technicians, supervisors and managers to help troubleshoot machine problems with pro-active problem resolutions. Work with over 150 technicians, supervisors, managers and sales departments to research products problems and document. Act as a liaison between technicians, supervisors and managers with subject matter experts at the factories. Identify and communicate required parts stocking, tooling and training for new products. Reduce warranty expense by assisting in warranty process improvements such as technician service report quality. Assist with the product improvement and product service by identifying product service publications requiring completion such as safety updates and product improvements. Provide new product training to customers. Effectively improve the performance of both internal and external technical customer support by providing technical and safety training.
