During my time here I've been responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and conducting the continuous L&D of 100+ Staff across multiple departments to a sustainable BRC and AIB accredited standard.To aid in this endeavour, during my first 3 months I created a bespoke digital learner management system to monitor and track KPIs, and to digitally store and backup records, licences, and documentation in a manageable and easily accessible format, transforming training and continuous development into an open and visible operation that all stakeholders across different departments can access and get involved with.A Key opportunity this role has given me is the opportunity to explore creating bespoke training materials from scratch, in a variety of mediums; from compliance based videos, to interactive VR training; I've been able to explore new avenues of engagement and help support a training positive culture.Learning should never stop, and everyone learns slightly differently.
