Dr Edwards is an Associate Professor in the School of Molecular and Cell Biology at the University of Leeds and is a member of the Astbury Centre for Structural Molecular Biology. Dr Edwards joined the University of Leeds in April 2005.Research Areas: Structural Biology, RNA:Protein Interactions, Molecular Control of Embryogenesis, Molecular Motors, RNA Viruses, protein-protein interaction, antibiotic resistance.Research Interests:Structural Studies of RNA binding proteins; translational control; genetic pathways controlling embryogenesis, drug design to treat cancer and microbial diseases.
