My most recent role as a Scrum/Delivery manager brings exceptional project management skills, staff management expertise and project reporting proficiency for this role. I developed a strong project management skill though overseeing and delivering complex projects within scope, time, SLA and client expectations. I effectively manage cross functional teams, ensuring their efficiency and productivity to achieve project goals. Through this experience, I have honed my ability to plan, organize and execute projects effectively, and I am confident that these competencies will be directly application to the project/scrum/delivery manager role.Additionally, as a Project/Delivery manager, I was responsible for managing a diverse team of professionals, which allowed me to refine my people management skills.
