• Support Analyst Team Leader - Responsible for: o Overall responsibility for ‘business as usual’ for all 100+ clients of company o Proactively monitoring the health of the servers and client systems o Triaging reports of issues from clients o Apportioning work amongst the support team and controlling schedules o Maintaining client documentation o Delivering presentations to clients or groups of clients as part of workshops and user groups o Interviewing potential employees, taking on and training of employees o The wellbeing and development of employees within the Support Analysis umbrella• Account Management - Responsible for: o Direct relationship management responsibility for half of the companies clients o Generate sales by notifying clients of appropriate developments relevant to their needs o Manage and solve disputes and conflicts with clients o Gathering and documenting requirements from my clients and the more technical requirements for the other account manager o Ensure any development work is delivered promptly and as promised, managing expectations during the process
