An Associate position with Nabarro's EU & Competition Group, working on a number of matters and business development projects focused on the following areas:- Merger Control/Clearance.- A Competition Commission market investigation.- Resale price maintenance.- FRAND/Standard Setting Organisation issues.- An OFT reverse patent settlement investigation.

My training contract covered five seats – EU & Competition, Commercial Intellectual Property, Intellectual Property Litigation, Commercial Disputes, and Real Estate. I also completed a three month secondment at one of Bristows’ largest clients – the European video games division of a global electronics and consumer goods conglomerate.
