Owned the business plan including P&L. Data analysis to assist with decision making on signing of new products and sublicensing products. Worked with partners across the UK including Game, Argos and Smyths Toys. Managed relationships with distribution partners across Canada, Spain and France.

Oversaw a group of 20+ vendors with the support of my team, including Guillemot, Playseat, Turtle Beach and X-Rocker.
