Air Force veteran of 24 years. My background is in mental health counseling, medical administration and human performance coaching. The last several years of my Air Force career were in senior level leadership where I worked Human Resources, policy development, training certification, project management and was a sought after mentor. I’m seeking a position that will capitalize on my administrative and leadership skill sets developed and honed through the course of my Air Force career. I’m currently a Consultant and coach for 12 medical facilities in their journey to become high reliability organizations.
