Oversaw and implemented operational strategy across 6 lovely boutique, character venues, each as different as the next; recruitment, induction, training & development (academy), weekly meetings/reviews with managers on performance, team and developments. Set up, training & recruitment for three further new opening sites in East Midlands and creation of mini-area to oversee and monitor sales, wages, stocks, P&L’sCover for wider Midlands area on.

Manager of a destination nightclub in Northampton, also assisting in running of flagship Farringdon site and Kensington cocktail bar.
