I was responsible for all operations of the North America Service Depot for a 30M+ renewable energy company. I reported directly to the General Manager.

I managed a small team that was responsible for defining and implementing product design and product quality improvements and product cost reductions through alternate sourcing, design-for-manufacturing, BOM clean-up, and packaging re-design.

I was responsible for the Manufacturing Engineering, Production Test Engineering and Quality teams for a 30+ employee, 32M operations facility.

I successfully managed all aspects of production and shipping for a 20+ employee manufacturing facility. During this period the company realized 30% growth.

Created all documentation and fixtures to be used on the floor to include work instructions, assembly aids, go / no-go gauges and solder fixtures. Improved soldering processes to reduce rework and improve yield.

Was the Quality contact for Yageo Corporation's tier 1 & 2 OEMs in the Americas and Mexico.

Quality contact for all distribution and contract manufacturing customers. Management ISO Representative and Internal Audit Manager – Responsible for maintaining, monitoring and improving the ISO 9002 Certified Quality System. Under my leadership 3 consecutive annual Quality System audits performed by our external auditors were completed with no findings.

Managed all production personnel for a growing CM. Gained expertise in sequenced axial insertion, SMT automation, reflow and wave profiling.
