My strengths include innovative technical problem solving, broad experience with IT solutions, proven excellence in written and verbal communication, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with people at any level of an enterprise, from an apprentice to a CEO.After being employed in hospitality and then in the brewing industry for many years before IT, I have had the chance to work in a wide variety of roles from head brewer to cafe manager to bartender. I've recently moved into the I.T. industry, bringing experience with customer service, communication and technical problem solving with me. I have completed studies toward a software engineering degree at Victoria University, and finished a Diploma of Information Technology at WelTec, and I'm currently employed as an IT Support Admin at Maycroft Construction.
