● Eliminated long standing $20 million error in Balance Sheet liabilities for a transit company in Texas and corrected $5 million in database inconsistencies for a coal mine in Utah.● Implemented and/or provided ERP Go Live Support for a silver mine in Guatemala, a copper smelter in Quebec, a diamond mine in Northwest Territories, a transit company in Kentucky, and an iron ore company in Ohio. ● Created end-user ERP Test Scripts, discrepancy tested new versions of the software, documented software bugs, and retested bug fixes from the developers for all Ellipse (ERP) Financial Modules.● Expert knowledge of all Ellipse (ERP) financial modules; strong understanding of maintenance, materials, and human resource modules.● Consulted and trained end-users in Spanish in Guatemala. Initial engagement scheduled for two weeks. Client subsequently contracted six months of on-site Go Live Support.

● Co-designed and co-developed first ever Proof of Concept to manufacture and sell finished product in standard ERP software, record full accounting procedures, and almost fully automate each step of the process, simultaneously applying cash to hundreds of Accounts Receivable and Freight invoices.● Gained huge efficiencies in the loading and payment of large construction invoices, while correctly reporting construction expenses, by persuading Client Senior Management to adopt innovative Work Breakdown Structure-based Chart of Accounts for multimillion dollar Exploration Projects.● Created new procedures to correct the improper accounting of Prepaid Items and eliminated $1 million imbalance in the Prepaid Liability account for multinational iron ore company.● Upgraded ERP Finance software on time and under budget for multinational mining client in Brazil (first time in client’s recent history). Conducted all workshops and training in Portuguese.

● Led Finance Stream for first four major Ellipse (ERP) client upgrades in North America.● Transitioned from non-International Reporting Standards (IFRS) compliant to IFRS compliant Fixed Assets system for a transit company in New York. Trained end-users in new IFRS Fixed Assets functionality.● Mentored Junior Financial Consultant in ERP implementation in Democratic Republic of Congo, was only Junior Consultant to be promoted to full Consultant after implementation. Conducted all workshops and end-user training in French.

● Led team of four at regional UK Rail Depot in creation and verification of Equipment, Preventive Maintenance Tasks, and Work Orders. Restored three disciplines back to their original schedule for System Reliance; guided one discipline to become first in Region (out of five areas) to achieve System Reliance.● Designed Integration Framework between ERP software and Moleseye (excavation notices software), PeopleSoft (financials), PS Enterprise (employees), and CIMS (capital planning system). Created the Business Requirements Interface Mapping Specifications, successfully integrating each application. ● Formally captured £23 million in previously unreported expenses by transitioning a UK electricity utilities ERP client from a Purchase Order-based reporting system to an Invoice-based reporting system.●Implemented the first custom Ellipse (ERP) hand-held device in the UK and taught Maintenance end-users to use the device, significantly improving client efficiency, accuracy, and mobility for UK water company.

● Project managed first corporate ERP Fast-Track Installation for gold mine in Nevada and slashed upper management’s perception of future implementation time-frame requirements by bringing product online in only three months.● Led three-week Sales Demonstration (Mining Client’s due diligence) of ERP Financial Modules and gained unanimous approval from the Client’s ten-person Financial Team to win a $14 million contract. ● Managed General Ledger conversions, finance interfaces, and upgrades from legacy systems at 12 sites into a single, standardized system for a copper mine in Arizona, greatly improving data visibility, accuracy, and efficiency in reporting. . ● Created 11 global finance training manuals, 4 global online finance reference modules, and 5 webinars for financial enhancements to the significantly different new ERP product release.● Coached Corporate Maintenance and Finance Consultants in US and South Africa how to implement the new ERP Utilities Assets module. ● Trained mining company and transit company end-users to use new Accounts Payable and General Ledger functionality in Spanish in Chile and Mexico.
