● Eliminated long standing $20 million error in Balance Sheet liabilities for a transit company in Texas and corrected $5 million in database inconsistencies for a coal mine in Utah.● Implemented and/or provided ERP Go Live Support for a silver mine in Guatemala, a copper smelter in Quebec, a diamond mine in Northwest Territories, a transit company in Kentucky, and an iron ore company in Ohio. ● Created end-user ERP Test Scripts, discrepancy tested new versions of the software, documented software bugs, and retested bug fixes from the developers for all Ellipse (ERP) Financial Modules.● Expert knowledge of all Ellipse (ERP) financial modules; strong understanding of maintenance, materials, and human resource modules.● Consulted and trained end-users in Spanish in Guatemala. Restored three disciplines back to their original schedule for System Reliance; guided one discipline to become first in Region (out of five areas) to achieve System Reliance.● Designed Integration Framework between ERP software and Moleseye (excavation notices software), PeopleSoft (financials), PS Enterprise (employees), and CIMS (capital planning system). Created the Business Requirements Interface Mapping Specifications, successfully integrating each application. ● Formally captured £23 million in previously unreported expenses by transitioning a UK electricity utilities ERP client from a Purchase Order-based reporting system to an Invoice-based reporting system.●Implemented the first custom Ellipse (ERP) hand-held device in the UK and taught Maintenance end-users to use the device, significantly improving client efficiency, accuracy, and mobility for UK water company.
