Post formation a standardized delivery method was developed, customer transition plans were created, reporting of key metrics were established, and a training program was instituted.• Other responsibilities include staff planning, staff management and development, process and procedure development and standardization, budgeting and forecasting, issue resolution, sales and marketing support

Managed team of 10 persons and had overall responsibility for four functional areas of business; (1) PG&E & SCE MBCx Programs, (2) Automated Demand Response consulting, (3) Strategic Energy Management consulting, and (4) Utility funding opportunities.• Acted as Program Manager and managed staff to deliver third-party energy efficiency programs that ran for three years and deployed automated commissioning systems within commercial buildings. Programs achieved $7.5 million in revenue• Managed a team who provided technical consulting services to SMUD and Austin Energy in support of in-house Auto-DR programs. Team achieved annual revenues of $1 million• Managed team who provided change management consulting services to large utility customers helping them develop goals and process to drive energy cost reduction initiatives. Formed the utility services business unit and had overall responsibility for the P&L and client satisfaction. Began with one contract and zero annual revenue and built the team to numerous contracts with millions in annual revenue. Responsibilities included P&L responsibility for the business unit, staffing and staff management, business development, proposal development, client management, project management including technical project direction, client satisfaction, budgeting and forecasting. Clients included PG&E, SCE, TID and various local consulting firms. Cogent Energy was acquired by EnerNOC in December 2009.

Energy Delivery & Management. Provide management of technical staff and technical direction in the area of energy efficiency and building systems. Perform and manage energy-engineering work initiated from the San Francisco office. This includes third party measurement and verification services for a litigant client, commercial building retro-commissioning services for utility clients, enhanced automation and demand responsive consulting services for the CEC. In addition I have provided market assessments and program evaluation services for PacifiCorp, energy efficiency project review services for PG&E and PacifiCorp, Building Operator Certification training for participants in California, and various business development and marketing activities for Nexant’s California, Colorado, and Texas operations.

Managed the development and implementation of resource conservation projects for Enron’s national outsource contracts. Managed scope, schedule, and cost of development and implementation for a portfolio of sites that reside in the Northwest region. Sites have included dairy processors, beverage processors, heat-set offset printers, and hotel properties. Developed and implemented projects included compressed air system optimization, refrigeration system optimization, chilled water system optimization, lighting system retrofits, VFD retrofits, process heat recovery, boiler system optimization, and water/wastewater conservation. Enron declared bankruptcy in December 2001.

Managed M&V activities as projects moved through conceptualization to contract and then on through implementation and commissioning. Responsibilities included M&V resource planning, technical resource management, internal process development, client specific contractual terms development, baseline definition, instrumentation planning, data acquisition and analysis, and internal/external results reporting.

Position required managing all aspects of the program including budget, program development, training the implementation team, and resolving day to day issues.Consulting Sales Engineer; Supported the technical needs of Corporate and Division Sales staff. Included performing over 200 commercial and industrial energy audits, developing calculation packages that conform to PG&E incentives program criteria, and acting as a technical resource to internal clients.
