As the designated Assistant Director and Transition Leader for a $650 million New Hospital Construction Project, I facilitated the transfer of 1200 staff to their respective areas within the new hospital. Additionally, I orchestrated and oversaw the installation of major equipment and supplies at the new facility, ensuring seamless continuity of operations between the former and current hospital facilities without any disruption in patient care or ancillary services. I conducted a meticulous inventory, capturing 6000 photographs of the old hospital and all items slated for transfer to the new hospital, with the aim of preventing theft, loss, or misplacement. I effectively managed conflicting movement schedules between the old and new hospital and, in overcoming an 88-office-space shortage, successfully reconfigured office layouts to optimize functionality. Furthermore, I concluded the phasing recommendations, effectively transitioning the project to the subsequent team of transition personnel.

Additionally, I oversaw the readiness training for 35 Medical Staff to prepare them for different missions such as Tactical, Wartime, NEO, Humanitarian Assistance Operation, and Embassy Evacuation, supporting the Navy and Marine Corps.

My responsibilities include serving as a Course Instructor, Facilitator, Curriculum Developer, Combat and Medical Response Simulator Trainer, and Navy Certified Instructor. Conducted on land to sea transfer of patients during military exercises and in support of first US Response attack to Afghanistan after the events of 9/11 took place. Provided the most cohesive surgical team training to all staff members preparing the staff to handle any contingency or any operations during the response attack of 9/11. Inspects all Contruction Battalion Units for their Medical Readiness and if they are able to support CB's while they are deployed. Inpects Assault Craft Unit Five (Landing Cushion Aircraft) Units for readiness and ability to provide medical support for aviation personnel assigned onboard LCACs.Deployed to the republic of Vietnam in support of "Operation Full Accounting" Whereins his Team found an Aviator who has been missing in action in Vietname for 37 years. This was highlighted by being featured in discovery channel and by the arrival of the missing aviators relatives in Vietnam. This was digging and search and recovery effort in 1998 that lasted for three months.

Over the course of three major six-month deployments, I have provided Triage, Urgent, Emergency, and Routine Medical Services and treatment to all crew members independently of a medical officer when necessary. I am responsible for making critical medical decisions and recommendations to the ship's Captain, especially in cases where the onboard medical capabilities are insufficient. Additionally, I carry out industrial and environmental inspections, encompassing Galley Food Service Sanitation, Pest Control, Barbershop Evaluation, Sewage Sanitation, Hearing Conservation, Sight Conservation, Lead Conservation, Respiratory, Hazardous Materials, and MSDS.As part of my role, I conduct comprehensive Laboratory Testing, including DNA collections, HIV testing, as well as various urine and blood tests for all patients. I also offer Dental and preventive care, and I am trained in performing OB Exams and procedures for female crew members. Moreover, I conduct Mental Health and Behavioral Health Exams, Aviation and Standard Physical Exams for the crew, disease prevention, and safety training. During Liberty Port Visits, I undertake Threat Assessment and training for the crew, covering Suicide Awareness, sexually transmitted disease prevention, smoking cessation, and Health Promotions and Wellness. Additionally, I am responsible for MEDEVAC of patients with life-threatening conditions, ensuring zero fatalities.In my capacity as the ship's official MD, I am entrusted by the commanding officer to make recommendations to support the health and well-being of the crew. I led and managed as the Section Leader for the Medical Department and served as the Lead Triage and Stabilization, Emergency First Aid Provider for Boat Recovery and Launching, Helicopter Flight Operations, Sea and Anchor Operations, and Navigation Detail Procedure. I could provide all inpatient capability and function as the ship's nurse, assisting the two medical officers onboard the ship during admissions and discharges of patients kept in the ward for monitoring and stabilizations.
