Co-architected/designed/implemented and documented the corporate Active Directory forests for both First Union National Bank and Wachovia. The current Wachovia implementation supports over 120,000 users and 150,000 computer objects. The forest services all lines of business both domestically and internationally. Co-led in design/implementation and documentation of Microsoft Identity Integration Server (MIIS) to provide data convergence between HR feeds into AD and ADAM. Served as a member of the Forest Architecture Board to review and approve forest wide changes including schema change requests and domain root level policies. Engaged in several application integration efforts into AD  Conducted either onsite or remote assessments and analysis of Microsoft based technologies for the sole purpose of technology integration for mergers and acquisitions. Wrote and developed custom scripts for all lines of business to support corporate wide initiatives.

 Designed and implemented the build out of Bank of America call centers in Rio Rancho, NM and Las Vegas, NV. The call centers supported NationsBank’s Telephone Banking platform which serviced 1200 agents. Built 200+ Compaq server class machines in both testing and production environments. Designed and coordinated the deployment of APC Symmetra Power Array equipment to support the call center platform. Performed site surveys to prepare for call center and data center deployments.

 Assisted in initial Web server platform discovery Wrote and published the BB&T LAN Standards Policies and Procedures in HTML for online access. Provided first level support for dialup internet connectivity for the entire organization. Served as LAN Administrator for BB&T’s Charlotte Operations Center. Developed PC Policies and Procedures Manual which outlined the policies governing the use of microcomputers for the entire bank. Assisted in the development of a shell Business Recovery Plan which described the recovery process for all mission critical LAN related activities at Southern National Bank (BB&T). Developed MS Access database application to handle add/moves/changes for all PC equipment within BB&T for the Customer Service Help Desk.
