Oversaw subcontractors, layout and crews. 2005: Managed subcontractors, scheduling, and multiple crews for $1,600,000 TCF bank in Shorewood to complete entire structure from ground up to punch list.2004: Supervised 3 tenants build outs for Washington Mutual Banks2003: Directed all self-performing work, safety and site conditions, and coordinated sub contractors; Acted as traveling superintendent with multiple cell tower sites across Midwest responsible for bid walks. Discovered and coordinated subcontractors. Managed scheduled. Served as lead contact man for companies out-of-state such as Sprint, ATT, T-mobile, Singular, Cricket, and Version wireless.1999: Led Central Steels coil processing line. Served as superintendent in charge of all subcontractors. Oversaw anchor bolt layout coordination with Herr Voss supplier. Line is biggest cold roll line in world.
