Provided a software solutions to help companies meet the requirements of OSHA 29 CFR 1910, Process Safety Management(PSM) requirements, the ASME code, API 520/521, NFPA, CGA-S, and DIERS two-phase design methodology related to relief system design, documentation, and database storage and maintenance. Client: Sabic, Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia, - Petrokemya UIP(Utilities Improvement Project)• Evaluated bidder design package to increase the capacity of the plant air, instrument air, nitrogen, fuel gas, and ethylene refrigeration system to meet the utility requirements required to accommodate increased capacity of the Olefins I, Olefins III and Polystyrene Unit.Client: Conoco Phillips Refinery -Atmospheric Relief Study• Responsible for the evaluation of East Side Flare System to determine available capacity to tie-in existing atmospheric relief discharges• Evaluated existing flare capacity, based on flare height, radiation levels, back-pressure limits of seal drum, noise levels and flare tip velocity.• Evaluated and categorized all relief loads according to scenario and according to local or global impact• Identified and resolved problem relief loads due to high/low temperatures or pressures, condensing vapors, powders or large liquid releases• Evaluated methods of load reduction utilizing Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) and Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA)
