Ed Lance founded corporate learning partner nTier Training to equip organizations and IT teams with the knowledge required to deliver their projects better, faster and cheaper than ever before. Under Lance’s leadership, nTier Training has grown an average of 18 percent a year for more than a decade, becoming an elite community of IT and Agile experts providing more than 500 courses each year to various Fortune 500 companies and midsize businesses across the globe.As chief technology officer, Lance oversees the creation of Agile and programming courses while consulting on a number projects and coaching engagements. His passion for teaching, coding and software design has never waned, so Lance continues to spend at least 30 weeks each year in the classroom and on-site with clients, engaging trainees, developers, architects and executives. Lance has most recently taught or collaborated on courses featuring Scrum, Kanban, Lean, test-driven development, code analysis, Java, Python, Spring and AJAX.
