I am an Intel System Administrator working on commercial Accounts. Current responsibilities include problem determination and resolution. I interact with the clients to resolve all issues within SLA

• Analyze Developers hardware requirements and recommend server hardware upgrades.• Install Windows 2003 server O/S on new Servers.• Upgrade Server O/S from Windows NT to Server 2000/2003• Install new Application Software for Developers on Development Lab Servers• Setup new VMWare server in Development resulting in savings on cost of hardware , electricity and air conditioning• Add EMC SAN for additional disk space• Upgrade remote server access software from hardwired local access to remote I/P access • Change the IP Subnet in the Development :Lab at request of LAN Services• Upgrade BIOS and hardware driver levels where appropriate• Interact with NCC to get new I/P addresses for new servers

Setup and maintain a configuration center at the client site. Responsible to insure PC & Network builds are downloaded to the appropriate PC. Install new computers at the workstation and migrate data to the users new PC. Cascade the users old PC to a new user when necessary.
