Reviewing design for stakeholder requirements/conflicts. Effectively communicating with management, stakeholders, unaffected personnel and project team. Optimizing project equipment and spare parts procurement. Developing stakeholder (operation, maintenance, engineering, etc.) responsibilities prior to project completion. Highlights: Successfully implemented the Meteorological Tower Upgrade Project. Worked 3 months straight on night shift to implement the Normal Chiller #1, #2 and #3 overhauls while installing cleanup kits and dual strainer assembly LDCPs on the mentioned chillers. Implemented the first wheels up upgrade in the history of the nuclear industry for a Refueling Machine (unit 1). Stationed at Shoreview, MN for approximately 2.5 months to plan the logistics for the Implementation of the Unit 2 Refueling Machine, which came in 34 hours ahead of schedule making Vogtle 1&2 achieve its shortest outage in its years of service. Successfully implemented the ISFSI Support Building Utility Water and Fire Water line installation. Currently working on: Unit 1 and Unit 2 Cooling Tower Upgrades (Outage), ISFSI Large Pad, Simulator Building, and IT Infrastructure Upgrade.

Responsible for the planning, preparation, coordination and implementation of all Mechanical Type C ($3.2M and below) Maintenance Projects ensuring personnel safety during project implementation. Accountable for meeting the approved project schedule maintaining scope control. Ensure affected plant groups (operations, maintenance, engineering, etc.) needs are considered in the project scope. Responsible for obtaining and managing resources required for testing/mitigation for the project. Effectively communicate with management, stakeholders, unaffected personnel and project team on emerging issues concerning the project. Optimize project equipment and spare parts procurement. Develop stakeholder (operation, maintenance, engineering, etc.) responsibilities prior to project completion.

Responsible for providing support through monitoring of the plant equipment and resolution of day-to- day problems during work activities. Develop and apply predictive maintenance technologies to preempt equipment failures, lead emergent issue resolution, act as a first responder and lead troubleshooting on abnormal operating equipment, provide technical oversight for major equipment overhauls, coordinate with equipment vendors for proper product supply or services, improvement of the preventive maintenance technical bases, develop vendor specifications for equipment overhauls and monitor quality of onsite services, coordinate with systems engineering and off-site engineering to resolve equipment problems that are the result of design issues, and solve equipment problems through evaluations and modifications. Additional Responsibilities include: Lifting and Rigging Program Owner, Master Rigger, Scaffolding Program Owner, Freeze Seals, perform 10 CFR 50.59 documents, Kepner-Tregoe Causal Analysis Lead, and Bolting Evaluations.

Responsible for the the implementation of the Large Pumps Program. Problem identification followed by investigation, evaluation, and resolution; evaluating and implementing industry operating experience; and providing general engineering and technical support to the maintenance teams as needed.

Responsible for the planning, preparation, coordination of the system outage and managing the execution of the system outage. Ensured that affected groups in the plant (operations, maintenance, engineering, etc.) needs are considered during the planning phase of the system outages. Essential player in the T-2 Execution Readiness Challenge Board. Functioned as primary contact for the system outage and responsible for the execution phase. Worked closely with schedulers to get the most accurate fragnet/Gantt Chart established. Lead 16 System Outages.

Serve as a mentor to our Captain and guidance to our team as a whole. Also overview all the administrative duties that our team needs.Member of the World Champion Chem-E Car Team (2009-2013). Designed, manufactured and repaired the Chem-E Car, a shoe-box size car powered by the decomposition reaction of potassium iodine. Designed and manufactured turbine propulsion system. Participated in AICHE Chem-E Car Competitions.

In charge of leading the development of new technology to be used in a more advance version of our highly successful Coki Turbo. In this new car our goal is to convert chemical energy to mechanical energy to electrical energy. This by means of a generator, capacitors, sensors and a microprocessor.

Renton, WA737 Airframe Department – Design Engineer/Liaison EngineerDesigned wings, flaps and wind box for the 737 aircraft model. Improved wing performance by solving gapping inconsistencies, while providing team support. Worked with the 737 Liaison Engineer Team, evaluating discrepancies in the wing line. Employed engineering tools and judgment to write lean efficient dispositions to the wing shop.

Renton, WA737 Airframe DepartmentImproved wing surface of the 737 NG airplanes by replacing the aerodynamic sealant. Proposed design solutions for body structural problems in the rudder and wing to body fairing of the plane model.

Everett, WA747 & 767 Electrical Equipment Installation Group Designed a shelf to be employed on both plane models for electrical equipment purposes. Participated in the development of a Parts Visibility Board with the purpose of showing the standard parts used by the Group.
