During the year I led an MBA strategy consultancy project with world-renowned department store Harrods by assessing the company’s CRM programme through in-depth data analysis and provided recommendations for improved customer engagement. The project also included research and analysis of industry trends, best practice and competitor strategies to evaluate Harrods’ digital capabilities resulting in recommendations to improve customer experience in-store and across online and digital channels.The course also included a leadership week at The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, a further consulting project with Isafold Travel in Iceland, and a leadership study trip with business leaders in South Africa.
