Information Technology Operations Manager
CurrentAssess, report, and advise process improvements across global IT environment to reduce time to resolution and incident count. Lead high priority global incident resolution calls to quickly reduce impact to organization. Oversee completion of root cause analysis and cost assessment from outages and report this to business leaders. Ensure that ERM SAP software had high availability and ease of use for end users. Review help desk trends and provide recommendations on how to eliminate reoccurrence. Assess infrastructure and networking projects and recommend improvements and new initiatives. Oversee all Operations activities for US, and coordinate work with North American and global counterparts. Review testing and resiliency activities and approve workstreams.• Cross-Functional: review how incidents affect all teams and organize meetings to come to consensus on how to resolve them.• Tiger Team: Facilitate and Moderate Tiger teams for high visibility problem resolution. • Global initiatives: led enterprise initiatives for all IT Ops managers, such as inter-workstream coordination, process documentation, end user training, and trend analysis and remediation.• Global meeting lead: served as lead and coordinator for global meetings to review weekly urgent issues for IT issues causing impact to business. • Security: bring security issues to the attention of the security team for remediation, such as rogue devices, non-compliant accounts, or changes to security architecture that have a negative impact to other parts of business.• SAP: worked with SAP application team to make enhancements based on incidents and suggest process improvements. Triaged SAP issues and participated with site cutovers to new software. Evaluated training and instructed modifications based on reoccurring issues. Evaluated IBM performance and implemented improvements to service such a teams chats for each factory and root cause analysis to end users.
