Vice President of Dome-Tech, Inc. and member of the company’s executive committee. Dome-Tech is an energy consulting company providing industrial, large commercial, healthcare, higher education and public entities nationwide with assistance in improving energy efficiency and managing energy cost.

Led the company’s efforts to growth industrial customer margins, the delivery of energy services and the expansion of gas distribution/transmission/storage infrastructure to serve markets in NJ, FL, MD, NC, PA and NY.- Responsible for development of natural gas infrastructure projects in support of the corporation’s energy hub strategy; projects included pipeline and natural gas storage assets.- Lead Business and Project Developer of the corporation’s Florida Energy Hub Strategy to develop a proposed $125 million high-pressure natural gas transmission system and storage system designed to link competing interstate pipelines and electric power generation plants in the state of Florida (project highlighted in the corporation’s 2002 Annual Report). The project was intended to create a natural gas trading hub linking the two major natural gas transmission pipelines supplying the state of Florida with multiple Bahamas-based LNG projects seeking to deliver re-gasified LNG to south Florida markets and a 14 Bcf natural gas storage facility, also under development by NUI.- Directed the corporation’s key account sales and project development teams in six states, restructured and directed the company’s gas transportation functions, renegotiated and administered special contracts with neighboring gas utilities, large volume transportation customers and merchant electric generators.

Sixteen years of progressive experience and accomplishment in the utility and non-utility electric generation and energy services business. Experience included multiple rotational assignments at both the field and corporate level across varied business units. Experienced in power plant operations, engineering, business planning, marketing and sales with increasing spans of control and management responsibility. Joined the company as a first line supervisor in a power plant and rose to the position of Vice President/Director of a new business venture.
