I am thrilled to share that I have started a new position as a senior solutions architect at Christian Care Ministry. After months of prayer, interviewing, and waiting for the right opportunity, I received the good news in a way that only God could deliver. It was truly a miracle.When I first began my search for a Christian organization, I kept hearing that it was a "calling," but I never got the "call". It took several interviews and months of waiting, but CCM finally reached out to me. Interestingly, they were the very first place I had sent my resume to five months prior. CCM is a Christ-centered organization that focuses on healthcare sharing through its mission of connecting people to a community wellness experience based on faith, prayer, and personal responsibility. ▪ Designed and implemented an assessment tool, used nationwide by infectious disease professionals in the assessment of facility process and procedure improvement ▪ This solution provided a flexible and customizable web-based assessment/survey tool implemented using Azure and AWS resources along with .NET 6, SQL Server and Blazor ▪ Integrated two global (Brazil and Costa Rica) development team resources, which was the first use of a Blazor solution at QAT Global, and has now become the standard platform for .NET solutions at QAT Global▪ Designed and architected a solution for a healthcare IT department based on their architectural patterns, practices and standards, requiring integrating with the customer’s architects and CTO to leverage their technologies, patterns and practices▪ Led a team of five developers and one delivery manager in the graduated process of converting an existing monolithic system to an SOA solution, using AWS, Kafka, Angular, Jenkins, CircleCI, Azure DevOps, Postgres, Kubernetes▪ Consulted on the further development of the customer’s frameworks including the abstractions and simplification of the use of Kafka which was used for communicating between various systems and SOA solutions▪ Designed and implemented several Java-based and .NET-based frameworks over the years for use on all QAT Global customer engagements resulting in a 30% to 50% reduction in startup costs.▪ These frameworks leveraged dozens of industry standards and practices along with enterprise tools and techniques▪ These frameworks ensured that QAT Global solutions followed enterprise-scale, industry best practices, which in turn enabled all QAT Global customers to benefit from a consistent, proven set of enterprise-scale software patterns and practices▪ This also ensured that the less experienced developers from all QAT Global offices would implement software solutions using proven industry standards, patterns and practices
