• Tasked with creating a web based order entry application for the On the Field division of Under Armour. The application allowed for simultaneous work order placement in both an SAP and Great Plains Dynamics.
• Responsible for the hiring, firing and training of all IT staff.
• Rebuilt the entire infrastructure from the ground up. Installed new Dell servers, with Windows Server 2003, as well as built the Active Directory architecture. Installed and configured Cisco router and firewall.
• Managed project to upgrade Microsoft GP 5.5 to Dynamics GP 10. Resulting in a major decrease in lost inventory. Also allows for functional accounting to take place utilizing best accounting practices.
• Increased warehouse management capabilities by managing the development of a cycle counting tool and procedure, as well as installing wireless scanning stations on picker trucks to utilize barcoding capabilities.
