Senior Account Manager for all specialty contact lens laboratories in the United States, Canada & Latin America.

Responsible to work with all of the gas perm and specialty soft lens labs in the United States & Canada that manufacture custom contact lenses. In my role I assist in creating, developing and implementing marketing solutions within the lab channel partners that manufacture and distribute gas permeable lenses. I also assist in developing programs with lab partners to bring new contact lens designs to the US market as well as creating partnerships within the lab channel to confidentially share lens designs within the US and international marketplace.

As Internal Sales Manager I hired, trained and developed sales representatives and sales supervisors to call on and manage a very large part of the contact lens sales division of Bausch & Lomb. During my tenure I helped develop and manage several other internal sales teams including: Internal Boston, Internal Pharmaceutical, Internal Vitamin, Internal Contact Lens Solutions, Internal Open Territory coverage and the College Sales Associate Program. The staff ranged from 10 - 35 sales people at any one time and reached approximately 20,000 independent and retail eye care specialists. I was awarded numerous sales achievement awards during my tenure as Sales Manager including being a 3 time Platinum Club winner and multiple winner of the Sales Excellence Award.
