I worked as a Quality Engineer within the Professional Services Management Dept.Responsibility for all the QA aspects that involved custom 'Work Packages' (enhancements) and Support Requests (both enhancements and fixes). This entailed involvement in all of the QA stages that occur in the overall Project lifecycle.

I originally joined FINEOS as a Business Implementation Consultant.My primary role involved working with FINEOS customers to identify and manage business requirements throughout the development lifecycle, as well as providing Consultancy services to ensure successful project implementation and business process optimisation.

Worked on the company’s Internet/ Mobile Banking/ Channel Management solutions.

I joined NatWest – which in 1998 setup an I.T. Department in Dublin, to undertake projects for the banks mainframe legacy systems. NatWest was the subject of a hostile take-over by Royal Bank of Scotland in June 2000.

I joined Kindle, which was founded in 1978 and became a leading supplier of Banking Back Office and Branch products. In 1995, Kindle was acquired by the UK firm – Misys Plc.- Team Leader/ Systems Analyst:( Feb 1993 – May 1999)- Analyst/ Programmer: (Nov 1986 – Jan 1993)
