Responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, training and development, and general HR support.

Manage employee leave including FMLA, Short Term Disability and Workers Compensation- Ensure that employees and supervisors understand and follow our leave processes- Work with employees, third party administrators, medical providers and site management to monitor care and return the employee to work as soon as possible- Monitor and analyze usage to verify it is being used as intended- Review processes and procedures for improvement opportunities- Stay up to date on Federal, state and local policies changes related to these leavesTaking a key role in diversity efforts.
