I have been practicing for over 30 years representing content creators and owners, inventors, and holders of internationally recognized brands in connection with a variety of litigation, prosecution and transactional matters. I am lucky to be an IP lawyer at a time when technology has been rapidly changing. For example, early in my career, I represented a provider transmitting real-time sports scores to pocket pagers. Now we take that kind of access over our mobile devices for granted. In my practice, I advise emerging and mature technology and consumer electronics companies, fashion and apparel companies, publishers, financial services firms and luxury goods manufacturers who want to protect and exploit their valuable patents, trademarks and copyrighted works.
