I have also been appointed as Special Adviser to the Loan Capital & Capital Markets Committee of The Association of Corporate Trustees (TACT). After two and a half years as a very successful part of the LIBOR transition team at a major financial institution, I had been looking for new challenges in my career! Unusually, I am an English lawyer with deep experience in both corporate trust/the debt capital markets and also corporate banking and finance. My experience is varied, acting for corporate trustees and other service providers in the debt capital markets, as well as advising on acquisition finance, MBOs, private equity, project finance, trade finance and asset finance, and on derivatives including ISDA.I am also open to NED roles, having spent six years as a Non Executive Director of a private regulated entity in the finance sector and a member of its Nomination and Remuneration Committee,
