The Andrew Jackson Lodge 5 (TN) of the Fraternal Order of Police is composed of active and retired law enforcement professionals. The organization is actively representing several different law enforcement groups in the Nashville area. The lodge operated a legal defense program for its active members to ensure they received due process and their rights were protected. The organization operates a local political action committee, Friends of the Police (FOP), to promote the betterment of the law enforcement community and work to enact legislation that served all parties. The lodge also is active in community service by operating a 501-C-3 youth summer camp, Andrew Jackson Police Youth Camp, for underprivileged children. As Lodge President I was responsible for overseeing all of the lodge operations.
