GE Energy acquired S.D. Myers, Inc / Ohio Transformer in 2004. As the Global Sales Leader, responsibilities included developing and implementing global sales strategy to integrate the S.D. Myers service and product lines into the existing GE sales team. Global leadership responsibility for overall industrial services sales team which included a budget of $600 million providing Transformer Services, Motor Repair, Breaker Services, Mechanical Services, New Parts and Equipment.

Overall leadership responsibility for sales team for S.D. Myers and Ohio Transformer. Directed all sales activities including long and short term planning, market research and analysis, budgeting, pricing, and forecasting. Restructured sales compensation program. Stabilized and motivated the sales team through efficient communication, effective leadership, objective evaluation of staff and proper placement within the team to effectively utilize talents.

ABB Service / Grand Eagle provided electrical and mechanical maintenance services for investor owned utilities, municipal and cooperative electric systems, nuclear plants, industrial facilities and contractors. Regional Sales Management responsibilities included conceptualizing and coordinating overall strategic service sales for motors, generators, transformers, breakers, cranes, wind, mechanical, parts, and new equipment.
