Sr. Project Manager
Current Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of related projects directed toward strategic business development and other organizational objectives. Project manager duties included daily supervision, hiring, performance evaluation, proposal creation, and development of policies and procedures, especially in areas of compliance, contingency planning and mitigation. Responsible for ensuring that the design, equipment specifications and installation compliance follows the safety standard of the organization. Establish credibility and rapport, while maintaining communication with customers at multiple levels. Define and initiate projects, designate appropriate personnel to access costs, schedules and performance for component portions of various projects. Maintain continuous alignment of project scopes including strategic business objectives with recommendations to modify the programs to enhance effectiveness toward positive business results and strategic intent. Coach, mentor and lead personnel within a technical team environment. Present periodic reports on current projects, future opportunities and client issues. Electrical and electronic control troubleshooting, testing and repair of line and low voltage control systems. Testing and repairs for all types of scada and control system, to ensure proper field functionally. Trouble shoots and repair PLC systems and system components.
