In 1997, became a Vice President and Heritage Environmental Services, which is a portfolio company of The Heritage Group, one of the largest privately held companies in Indiana. At Heritage, we acquired and worked with state officials to permit, in less than a year, two TSDF locations in Caldwell, TX and Coolidge, AZ, along with starting distribution locations in Denver and Boise. After moving back east, we successfully made two locations profitable in Toledo, OH and Burlington, VT as well as helping develop the business model which would become the spin off management company for waste, water conservation and energy use reduction named Heritage Interactive.

Edward began his management career in 1991 and held sales and management positions with Ashland Chemical, a division of Marathon/Ashland Petroleum where he focused on the turnaround of non-performing locations within the company. He was instrumental in leading a synergy selling program where the entire sales force for all of the different business units focused on selling all of the Ashland services to their largest customers.
