In my current role at ENGIE Services U.S. I manage the development, engineering and construction associated with campus and individual building upgrades; focusing on improvements to increase energy and operating efficiency and resiliency. I am responsible for the revenue, operating costs and margin for projects in the region that I manage. Specific responsibilities include working with the Business Development Team to assess the opportunity of potential Projects and provide Operational support during the sales process. I lead the Operational Team in all facets of the work; from project development through construction close out.I have spent my entire career in the energy industry field, the last 22 with legacy ENGIE companies. Joining Viron Energy Services in 1997 as a Project Manager, I have held various roles within the organization as we were obtained by Chevron Energy Solutions, OpTerra Energy Services, and finally ENGIE Services U.S. In the various roles of Project Manager, Sr. Project Development Manager, and Sr. Project Manager the goal of the development opportunities were to leverage energy and operational savings to allow the Customer to obtain eeded benefits to the facilities within their existing budget.
