General Mgr of Commercial and Medical Property Management office. Assistant to three property owners who jointly owned the business partnership. Performed all accounting duties: accts payable & rec, monthly reconcilliation of multiple ledgers to multiple bank statements, weekly payroll, tracking utility costs on spreadsheets, creating property tax spreadsheets, monthly P & L Statements, annual preparation of data for Income Taxes for CPA; daily co-ordinating between owners, tenants, maintenance, and contractors; scheduling utilities; writing leases; organizing and maintaining all paper files; digital archiving of files; prepare ads; show available space; pursue late rent; confer w atty when necessary.

Manage retail music store specializing in vintage guitars and amps, but also featuring a full line of new and used guitars, basses and amps and some PA and drum gear. Buy, sell and trade. Help with trade shows, confer with manufacturer sales reps.

Managed day to day operation of original restaurant while owners set up second location. Reconcile daily register tapes with receipts and cash drawers, make deposits, schedule staff, bi-weeky inventory and ordering of staples and produce, run smoker. Later moved to new location and continued with all the above, but also began doing weekly payroll.
