Managing Volunteers and staff in the effort to grow and distribute over 250k vegetable seedlings/year to 140 Community Gardens. Oversee the maintenance and operations of three Green Resource Centers housing the City Harvest Project. Original operations leader of the PHS Tool Library facilitating the lending and maintenance of equipment, track prompt return of equipment, purchase equipment and supplies in support of Community Garden efforts to produce abundantly. Lead incarcerated citizens at the Riverfront Correctional Facility of Philadelphia in a soft skill building program, growing food, in preparation for return to their communities. Instructed Subaru and Union corporate staff volunteers at Subaru Park in Chester, PA, in their effort to combat food insecurity by growing and donating over 2,000lbs of produce to local food banks. Empower community gardens to grow abundant harvests to share with their neighbors. Built community through community gardens.
