My journey as a professional started during my last year at the University of Manchester, I prepared to go on tour with my band. During this challenging moment of my life, I visited 20 cities and 3 countries in 3 months playing to hundreds of people and I learnt what it was like to be in the spot light. I then taught English for many years, helping people improve their language skills and coach them to the next level of their careers, culminating with TEFL and CELTA certificates in May 2018. Through this I learned the power of communication.In 2014 I joined Sandemans New Europe. This was the opportunity to bring together my ability to handle the spotlight and commuication skills to offer unforgettable experiences and customer service to thousands of clients in both Madrid and Barcelona. Then I moved to Finland in July 2018. I didn't speak the language, I was alien to the culture. but I took the plunge took it as a challenge. In November 2021, I started my own company offering tours in Helsinki, thus bringing together my past 10 years of experience, constantly improving via my studies in International Business at Haaga-Helia. The accumulation of skills, experience and knowledge is what makes us succeed. Every encounter is an opportunity, and every opportunity is a chance to be better.
