Recent activities include: improvements to accuracy, clarity and relevance of monthly management information; investigative work and rectification of historical bookkeeping errors/ omissions; automation of spreadsheets to free up manager's time; design and implementation of process changes to improve accuracy and speed of complex bank reconciliations; preparation of discussion document for board meeting appraising options for international expansion; production of forecast model with simple "what if" scenario capability.

Responsible for all statutory and management reporting, systems and controls. Developing long-term financial models and weekly KPI's. Forecasting demand and ensuring continuity from international supply chain. Management of cashflow and FX risk. Negotiating contracts with key suppliers. Responsibility for IT and HR functions.

Projects for a number of clients including management/ financial accounting, integrated forecasting for an expanding business, development of monthly KPIs, design of a shared-user order management database in Google sheets, investigations into fully-absorbed product margins for a clothing supplier.
