Currently a process engineer serving as the senior configuration management official for SRA, establishing CM policy, developing and improving corporate procedures, processes, and templates, and providing CM expertise on tools, best practices, and practical CM implementation. Key responsibilities include supporting project start up, assisting projects with CM requirements, and supporting project assessments to ensure quality products are being developed and delivered. Implemented Serena Business Manager as tool to support change requests for all corporate policy and tools replacing outdated process with focus on Service Management. Based on program success, project has been expanded to include preventative actions, corrective actions, and tracking Gross Contributions for projects. Performed Knowledge Capture task for SAF budget office. Captured knowledge of senior database architect and documented it in a wiki as part of the Air Force Knowledge Now program. After demonstrating capabilities documented to the Deputy Secretary for Budget, there was a concerted effort to expand the program; however, the program could not be funded.
