Ed has directed a large number of IT Financial Audits, Service Assurance, Cybersecurity and IT risk & advisory related engagements for several global organisations and Australian top 100 ASX clients. For the past 16 years, he has worked with IT technology, power and utilities, retail, gaming and wagering, mining, government, telecommunication and financial service clients, helping them improve their IT control maturity through improved processes, controls and resilience.Ed assists his clients through knowledge transfer of better practise risk and controls as well as how to improve the maturity of IT environments with stronger resilience to IT risks. Ed oversees the day to day activities of client workshops, project governance, designing and developing deliverables and management discussions. He is ultimately responsible for maintaining the high level of service and quality of work being delivered. Ed works in close contact with his clients to enable clear and constructive communication to identify practical, cost effective improvements as well as mitigating processes and controls to address IT risks.
