While in India as a Consultant I served as President for the Start-up of ServiceMaster nation wide. We started the business as a subsidiary of Security Intelegence Services of India. That business has grown to expand into twenty states and employees more than 15,000 people.

As President/Owner of ServiceMaster PBM of Lincoln I was responsible for building the business from employing 13 employees to a peak staffing of 180 people. I designed, developed and implemented systems for managing all aspects of the business including financial control, marketing, administration, sales, employee recruitment and development, and operations.
