Managed PECO's DelChester Electric New Business Group. The group is responsible for engineering, design, scheduling and customer care activities for all residential, commercial, industrial and public authority requests for new connections, load additions, line extensions and pole relocations.Responsibilities included:Managing a staff of 20 employees to ensure consistent and cost effective designs, while meeting customer requested timelines. Customer Interface with major developers, business owners, contractors and the general public. Accountability for the development and management of annual budgets in excess of $12 million. The development and monitoring of monthly performance measurements including cost, scheduling, productivity and customer commitments.
