I now direct the operational progress of Corporate Benefits, Property and Casualty and Individual Solutions, as well as NFP’s two flagship membership organizations, PartnersFinancial and Benefits Partners. Being part of the company since 2002, I have been able to efficiently align people, services, and products across all regions, enabling NFP advisors across the company to stretch the expectations of customer relationships with competitive tools and a consistent, highly personalized experience. Prior to NFP, I launched vSimplify, a benefits administration technology company. I earned my Bachelor of Arts from the University of Cincinnati.
