• 21 Years experience in Tooling and Manufacturing (Medical, Automotive, Cellular and Consumer Products)• 15 Years Project Management experience for both Custom Molder and Tool Builders, including daily communications with 1st tier supplier and OEM buyers, program managers and project engineers.• 15 Years of experience working on various CAD/CAM packages including Creo Pro Engineer, Unigraphics, Virtual Gibbs, Cimatron, SmartCAM, Solidworks and AutoCad • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Project, One Note, Publisher, Vista, XP and Windows Internet Explorer• Experience working with manufacturers in China and Portugal• Familiar with PPAP process and Lean Manufacturing including 5S and Kaisen. Lean Green Belt, Six Sigma Green Belt• Familiar with APQP process and ISO/TS-16949 Standard (Automotive Quality Standard)• Familiar with IQ, OQ and PQ processes (Medical Molding Standards)• Experience coordinating and following up with samplings of prototypes and production tryouts as well as part runs• Experience with coordinating work orders, contracts and quotes• Have been responsible for supervising and training of 20 employees on 3 shifts and occasional contract employees • Ability to complete tasks with little notice or advanced planning• Experience with intermediate mold design, electrode design, detailing engineering drawings• Experience with CAM programming, CNC setup and manufacturing practices (2D and 3D)• Familiar with Molding, Pad Printing, Laser Etching and Painting of cosmetic components for Automotive industry
