About Ed Paradis

I am a Chief of Staff and Entrepreneur in Residence at 360 Social Impact Studios, where I advise startups in the incubator to help them be more successful. I have over 15 years of experience in the software industry, with a focus on creating products that improve peoples' lives. I have a Master's degree in Human Centered Design and Engineering, and a certificate in User Centered Design.I specialize in startups using technology to address social issues, such as education, health, and sustainability. I provide mentorship to the founders on product market fit, team building, development process, and overcoming challenges. I also co-founded Spending Spotlight, a product that helps people align their spending with their values. As a former Director of Engineering at WEconnect Health Management, I led the agile transformation and the software architecture redesign of a cross-platform app assisting those in addiction recovery. I am passionate about using my skills and knowledge to empower and enable social entrepreneurs.
