Responsibilities included managing contract deliverables, customer satisfaction and program financials.

Performed executive project management for an On-Demand strategic services contract in the finance and banking industry. Utilizing geographically dispersed resources, delivered information technology and network services. Responsibilities included managing contract deliverables and financials for a Virginia based financial institution.

Working directly with the project executive, managed a fifteen million dollar a year contract to provide mainframe, network, and deskside services. Responsibilities included managing revenue, gross profit, and program performance. The assignment involved providing a liaison between the customer and the mainframe delivery center, managing responsibilities of Intel and midrange systems support, and providing network infrastructure support. The contract deliverables included management of multiple vendors and technology partners for a Washington D.C. based bank.

Provided consulting and support for the deployment efforts required for the Customer Relationship Management applications. Responsibilities included; management and coordination of application installations and support activities across multiple data centers in the US, Canada, and Mexico using appropriate systems management control disciplines.

Managed batch services delivery for IBM US customer fulfillment information systems. Responsibilities included; service level negotiation and management; delivery of batch management; service delivery measurements for real-time, response time and batch. Efforts concentrated on batch automation, defect reduction, and reduced batch execution time.

Managed development systems operations for IBM application development life cycle. Successfully implemented an IT services arrangement for tape, print, help desk and console operations. Managed a transformation to automated operations utilizing the IBM automation tools to increase availability.
